"We could not have been more pleased with our bathroom remodel experience.
To begin with, Chris is a super nice guy, a true craftsman, and a person who is absolutely true to his word. He always showed up when he said he wouldand if late or delayed for some reasonalways sent a text message providing an update. We felt the cost was quite reasonable and there were no cost suprises. A huge benefit was the fact that Chris did all the work himself so there was no having to deal with subcontractors and the inherent delays and frustrations dealing with same. The only sub was the fabricator of the quartz vanity top who works closely with Chris. Attention to detail was evident throughout the project and if something wasn't perfect, Chris would redo it until it was. Chris was also very good at minimizing the disruption a major remodel can cause and was extremely attentive to keeping the general area clean and cleaning up thouroughly at the end of the work day. He was very responsive to any questions that came up and promptly resolved any concerns (which were very few) . We have been thrilled with the final result. Working with Chris has been the best contractor experience we have ever had. "
"Chris and his family have been absolutely amazing. Another contractor left me high and dry in the middle of my remodel and Chris made time in his busy schedule to squeeze me in and get walls up in my shower so that I could move forward with the project. I couldn't be more grateful for their help. Next time I have work that needs to be done, I will definitely be calling them back!

"Chris is a fantastic contractor! He's flexible and straight forward with costs and styles available. We needed our shower tile and bathtub replaced and Chris did quality fast work and was so helpful with payment. My bank denied the payment because they thouhght it was a fraudulent charge. I had to talk to them and wait 24 hrs. to get the charge to go through. Chris was so understandingand kept our start date even though he had to wait for payment. If you want quality along with someone who cares about you and your project Fort Collins Home Improvement is the way to go!"
